Single Storey Extension

Our clients had bought their property with the intention of extending it. They wanted to add a large, flexible living space to their home that was light and spacious and flowed from their existing home. The extension was a single storey that ran for the length of the rear of the property.

Unique Home Improvements project managed the build for our clients and coordinated all deliveries and works to ensure that the project stayed on track and on budget. The extension involved the Unique team laying the foundations for the extension and completing all block work. The new roof featured three skylights to ensure the space stayed nice and bright, while the wall had two large feature windows that made the most of the views over the garden.

We laid the new floor and ensured that the all of the finishing within the extension was of the highest standard. Externally we incorporated some feature lighting that meant that the views over the garden could be enjoyed year round. We ensured that we minimised any disruption and mess at the site and laid protective covering to ensure there was no debris or damage to the existing driveway and patio.

The finished product created a beautiful addition to the living space which linked  effortlessly through from the original home and which had a variety of uses for the family.
