Single Storey Extension Woolton

Our client engaged us to build a single storey extension to the rear of their property in Woolton. They wanted to add some family space to their kitchen and create an open plan area where they could eat, relax and be together.

We ensured that the extension was seamless and looked like it had always been there. There was plenty of glass added to this project which meant that the space was flooded with light from above and through the large bi-fold doors to the rear. The lighting was carefully considered by the client and we installed multiple spots as well as beautiful recessed lighting in the ceiling that added drama and warmth to the space.

The client was delighted with the work and the finish we achieved. We completed the project on time and to budget and kept her informed at every stage of the process.

The space is now a light and airy family room and kitchen that is enjoyed by the whole family.

Barry has been an absolute star for us. He is RELIABLE – he replies to my messages, calls (I do that a lot) every single time. He is TRUSTWORTHY – he addresses my concerns very well. We have our requirements and always have a list of things to go through with him every day. He is always patient and listen to what we need and keep us informed. He is HELPFUL and KIND – he always provides solutions to our problems. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He helps us wherever he can. He made a possibly depressing process a lot easier to cope with. He has a GREAT TEAM – everyone in his team is very nice, helpful and hardworking. They have done a great work on our extension.
