Extension & Remodelling Woolton
Our clients had decided to move into a bungalow but were keen to stay in the area that they had lived in for years and loved. They found the property they wanted in the right area but knew that it would take some work to make the space their own. After consulting with an architect, ambitious plans were drawn up to extend and remodel the existing space. These plans included building an extension the full length of the rear of the house with some wrap around to the front, remodelling the space inside to create and install a new kitchen, bathrooms, utility room and living area. Unique Home Improvements also re-roofed the entire property, installing skylights and roof lanterns to keep the space feeling light and airy.
The entire bungalow then had new floors and ceilings throughout, a new boiler and heating system, a full rewire and all external walls were rendered. We also created the patio area, installed exterior lighting, block paved the drive and flagged the sides of the house.
Our team of experienced tradesmen completely transformed the property. Adding space and creating light throughout. Unique Home Improvements project managed the entire build from start to final clean. We kept our clients informed of progress every step of the way saving them time and stress during the works. The site was always kept clean and tidy, even when the owners were not in residence at the build, reflecting the high standards we strive to uphold on every job we do.
