Wrap Around Extension

Our clients approached us as they wanted a wrap around single storey extension at their home. They wanted to create a large open plan kitchen, dining and living area for the family to enjoy incorporating the underutilised area at the side of the property as well as extending to the rear.

Unique Home Improvements laid the foundations to enable us the extend along the whole of the side and rear of the property. This would give enough space to create an extra room towards the front of the property as well as creating the large open plan kitchen and family space that our clients wanted. We then constructed all of the internal and external block and brickwork and roofed the extension. The roof incorporated a large skylight to ensure that the space created would be well lit and feel spacious and open.

The kitchen and living area was further enhanced by the use of bi-folding doors that wrapped around the corner of the property, making an interesting while providing views out to the garden.

New lighting was and wiring was installed and a fabulous new kitchen completed the transformation of this house. Unique Home Improvements completed the works on time and to the delight of the clients.
